You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Our Services are subject to availability in your area. We do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times or in all locations.

You may terminate your Services at any time by providing notice as specified in your service agreement. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your Services if:

• You breach these Terms

• You fail to pay any amounts due

• We are required to do so by law

• We cease to provide the Services generally​

 

7. EQUIPMENT​

7.1 Our Equipment

Any equipment we provide to you remains our property. You must return it to us in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted) upon termination of Services.

7.2 Your Equipment

You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment (computers, routers, etc.) meets the minimum requirements for using our Services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT

If you are acquiring our Services for personal, domestic, or household use, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to you. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
